Ryan L. Harding is an experienced intellectual property attorney dedicated to developing, protecting, and optimizing intellectual property (“IP”) assets for clients across the United States and internationally. Serving Fortune 500 companies, innovative startups, universities, consumer brands, and individual inventors, Ryan builds robust IP portfolios that foster growth and deliver a competitive advantage.

As a registered patent attorney representing clients before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (“USPTO”) and working with a global network of foreign counsel, Ryan provides comprehensive IP services, including patent prosecution and enforcement, infringement avoidance, and global IP portfolio management. Cookware Product and Cooking Appliance Patent Portfolio and Prosecution: Provide patent prosecution services and counseling for a leading distributor of several popular brands of cookware, including preparing and prosecuting patent applications directed to grills, cookware, oven technologies, and smart cooking devices and systems.
