Robert C. Levicoff

Biography

Robert Levicoff focuses his practice on a diverse range of civil litigation matters. He has experience in complex commercial and business disputes, including business torts, employment and non-competition claims, and trade secret and intellectual property disputes, as well as all aspects of product liability, Federal Employers’ Liability Act (“FELA”), toxic tort, premises liability, and construction defect/accidents, including the defense of catastrophic injury claims.

Robert has represented a wide variety of individual and commercial clients, including motor vehicle and automotive parts manufacturers, railroads, retail, independent contractors and construction businesses, sports and recreational facilities, commercial property owners, hotels, heavy equipment manufacturers, and insurance companies. He also has experience with state and federal court litigation involving complex commercial transactions, including asset purchase, non-competition, and employment agreements.

During law school, Robert clerked for the Honorable Ida K. Chen of the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas and interned for the U.S. Department of Labor, Office of the Solicitor, in Philadelphia, PA. Prior to obtaining his J.D., he worked in the sales, marketing, and project management fields for the computer software, pharmaceutical, and automotive industries.

Outside the Firm

Robert enjoys coaching his daughter and son in youth sports, traveling with his wife and family, and showing his Mustang and Alfa Romeo at local car shows.
