Riley Bauer concentrates his practice on mergers and acquisitions and general corporate and regulatory matters. He also advises clients on compliance with the Hart-Scott-Rodino Antitrust Improvements Act.
During law school, Riley served as an articles editor and staff writer for the Villanova Law Review, served as the president of the Villanova Tax Law Society, and participated in the Villanova Federal Tax Clinic. During this time, he also authored “‘Works for Me’: What's Next for Pennsylvania Corporate Tax Liabilities After Nextel Communications of the Mid-Atlantic v. Commonwealth,” 63 Vill. L. Rev. 477 (2018). He is a member of the Order of the Coif.
Outside the Firm
In his spare time, Riley enjoys books, music, and movies. He previously organized and performed a six-city tour as a solo musical act.
