Riley Bauer concentrates his practice on general corporate, M&A, and securities matters.
During law school, Riley held roles as a corporate legal intern for a Fortune 500 energy distribution company and a M&A tax intern for an international professional services firm. In addition, he served as an articles editor and staff writer for the Villanova Law Review, served as the president of the Tax Law Society, and participated in the Villanova Federal Tax Clinic. During this time, he also authored “Works for Me”: What's Next for Pennsylvania Corporate Tax Liabilities After Nextel Communications of the Mid-Atlantic v. Commonwealth, 63 Vill. L. Rev. 477 (2018). He is a member of the Order of the Coif.
Outside the Firm
In his spare time, Riley enjoys books, music, and movies. He previously organized and performed a five-city tour as a solo musical act.
