Richard Wolf


Richard Wolf concentrates his practice on a wide range of litigation matters, including:

  • breach of contract
  • professional malpractice defense
  • white collar defense and investigations

Richard frequently writes about legal developments in the state and federal courts of New Jersey on a wide range of topics, including class action certification, personal jurisdiction, and issues of constitutional law. He is regularly published on Blank Rome's New Jersey Legal Pulse blog. 

During law school, Richard served as a senior associate editor for the Hofstra Law Review, and a research assistant for the American Business Law Journal. Before joining Blank Rome, he served as a law clerk to the Honorable Deborah Silverman Katz of the New Jersey Superior Court. Additionally, he has served as a legal intern for the Fire Department of New York and the Nassau County District Attorney’s Office.

Outside the Firm

Richard is originally from Long Island and is an big fan of the New York Mets, New York Islanders, and New York Jets.
