Biography
Reena Jain focuses her practice on business, entertainment and media, and intellectual property litigation, representing a broad range of clients, including corporations, high-net-worth individuals, celebrities, professional athletes, and social media influencers.
Reena regularly guides clients through every stage of litigation and arbitration, from performing pre-suit evaluations, initiating suits, and aggressively pursuing discovery, to summary judgment, mediation, and trial on the merits. Her experience includes breach of contract, copyright, defamation and SLAPP, fraud, patent, right of publicity, trademark, and trade secret litigation.
During law school, Reena served as executive editor of the Columbia Science and Technology Law Review and interned with both the United States Attorney’s Office and Tapestry, Inc. f/k/a Coach, Inc.
