Rebecca J. Reist

Biography

Rebecca Reist concentrates her labor and employment practice on matters notably involving employment litigation, class and collective actions, restrictive covenants, and strategic counseling. Rebecca is also well versed in handling litigation matters for clients spanning a range of industries and sectors, including higher education, cybersecurity and data privacy, and energy.

Rebecca previously served as a federal law clerk to the Honorable Joel H. Slomsky of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. During law school, Rebecca was a student works editor and staff writer for the Villanova Law Review and co-founder of the Education Law Society. She also served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Mark A. Kearney of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and was a certified legal intern for the Clinic for Asylum, Refugee, and Emigrant Services.
