Rachel Sims maintains an active litigation and counseling practice focused on complex commercial litigation and business disputes (business divorce), with an emphasis on partnership disputes. Rachel also helps clients manage data privacy risks including compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”).
Rachel counsels professional associations, corporations, partnerships, and senior executives in the following areas:

In 2008, Rachel received the Commitment to Justice Award in the Legal Teams category from inMotion, Inc., now known as Her Justice Inc.
During law school, Rachel was a member of the Brooklyn Law Review.
Rachel is an active member of the Firm’s Data Privacy Group, e-Discovery Initiative, Blockchain Working Group, and Real Estate Practice Group.
