Biography
Rachel D. Evans focuses her practice on general litigation and international trade matters.
Rachel previously served as a Summer Associate for Blank Rome. During law school at the University of Texas, she was a National Security Law Fellow and a Cybersecurity Fellow with the Strauss Center for International Security and Law.
Rachel completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Texas where she earned a Bachelor of Arts, majoring in Religious Studies, and a Bachelor of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders.
Outside the Firm
Rachel enjoys weekends in Old Town, getting lost in museums, and taking scenic walks with her dog, Wednesday.
