Pierre G. Mina

Biography

Pierre G. Mina concentrates his practice on representing lenders, loan servicers, and creditors in contested foreclosures, commercial litigation, and legal proceedings.

As a member of the firm's Financial Institutions Litigation and Regulatory Compliance (“FILARC”) group, Pierre works on a variety of consumer finance litigation matters, including disputes under TILA, RESPA, FCRA, ECOA, and FDCPA, state law UDAP claims, and a variety of common law claims.

Pierre has notable experience handling all stages of civil litigation from demand through trial and post-judgment enforcement actions, as well as handling all aspects of negotiation and alternative dispute resolution. Pierre is also skilled at drafting settlement agreements, pleadings, discovery responses and requests, motions, and Small Business Administration Paycheck Protection Program loan documents.  

Outside the Firm

Pierre enjoys spending time with his family and playing the piano.
