Biography
Paisley Park is a corporate lawyer advising clients on a wide range of corporate and transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, corporate finance, and general corporate governance. Her experience includes public and private offerings of equity and debt services, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, and commercial transactions.
Paisley has been a trusted business adviser and lawyer to private and public companies, both domestic and international, on general corporate and transactional matters. Prior to joining the firm, Paisley was a corporate associate at a national full-service law firm and a mergers & acquisitions tax associate at a Big 4 accounting firm.
While in law school, Paisley served as a legal extern for The Honorable Noelle C. Collins for the U.S. District Court at the Eastern District of Missouri, and a judicial intern for the Honorable Michael W. Reed at the Court of Special Appeals of Maryland. Paisley also served as the primary editor for the Washington University Jurisprudence Review.
Paisley earned her LL.M. in Taxation from New York University.
