Paige L. Baldwin

Biography

Paige Baldwin concentrates her practice on financial institutions litigation and regulatory compliance matters in Blank Rome’s Financial Institutions Litigation and Regulatory Compliance (“FILARC”) group.

Prior to joining the firm, Paige served as an associate at Pennsylvania-based litigation firm with concentrations in construction defect litigation and community association litigation. Paige advised clients on Fair Debt Collections Practices Act compliance, bid protests, and defended against Mechanics’ Liens. Paige has also represented clients in premises liability matters, as well as commercial trucking and motor vehicle accidents.

During law school, Paige served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Paula A. Patrick for the Philadelphia County Court of Common Pleas, was a member of the Thomas R. Kline School of Law Inn of Courts, and served as a student mentor to 1L students.

Before starting her legal career, Paige served as the operations manager at an energy efficiency and green building services company specializing in energy code consulting and compliance with state and federal certification programs.  

Outside the Firm

Paige enjoys kayaking, hiking, and is currently training for her first half marathon.
