Biography
Ofer Reger focuses his practice on complex litigation in federal and state courts and private arbitrations, representing businesses and individual clients in a wide variety of industries including entertainment and media, technology, real estate, fitness, financial services, healthcare, politics, and consumer goods.
Ofer works closely with clients to devise and implement novel and creative solutions to complex problems and provides pragmatic business advice designed to achieve a client's goals. Ofer routinely represents high-profile international and domestic clients in matters requiring special sensitivity to media coverage and public messaging. He is also often called upon to handle multifaceted disputes with cases proceeding in different jurisdictions simultaneously.
Ofer has represented several major recording artists, songwriters, and publishing and management companies in a variety of different disputes, and has defended class action suits presenting novel issues of copyright law. He has experience litigating antitrust, trade secret, international financial fraud, bankruptcy matters, and internal investigations.
Prior to private practice, Ofer served as a law clerk for the Hon. Faith S. Hochberg, U.S. District Judge for the District of New Jersey, Newark. During law school, he was an executive articles editor for the NYU Annual Survey of American Law.
