Nicolas J. Harris concentrates his practice on a wide range of corporate matters.

Nic previously served as a summer associate at Blank Rome. Prior to joining the firm, Nic served as a legal extern at the University of Pennsylvania Office of Audit, Compliance, and Privacy, a pro bono intern at the Center for Employment Opportunities, and a legal intern at a publishing company.

During law school, Nic served as a senior editor at the University of Pennsylvania Journal of International Law, as well as a research assistant.
