Biography
Nicholas C. Guth concentrates his practice on a range of general litigation matters.
Prior to joining the firm, Nicholas served as Trial Department Head and Trial Counsel (criminal prosecutor) for the United States Navy’s Region Legal Service Office (“RLSO”) in Yokosuka, Japan. He also served the Navy’s RLSO in San Diego, California as both an Assistant Trial Counsel (assistant criminal prosecutor) within its Trial Department and Separations Officer (conductor of separation proceedings on behalf of the United States) within its Command Services Department.
While in law school, Nicholas served as a certified legal intern for the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office, a certified legal intern for the Bucks County District Attorney’s Office, and a legal intern for the Office of Enforcement, Trial Unit of the United States Security and Exchange Commission’s Philadelphia branch.
Prior to law school, Nicholas served as a legal intern for a real estate investment firm.
Outside the Firm
Outside of Blank Rome, Nicholas enjoys spending time with his nieces and nephews and his husky, Kona. Nick is an amateur snowboarder and loves all things outdoors. He also volunteers as an assistant mock trial coach for Roman Catholic High School in Philadelphia.
Affiliations
Nicholas serves as a Lieutenant within the United States Navy Reserve and is a member of the Navy Reserve Law Program.
