Nadia Darkazalli Adams concentrates her practice on consumer finance litigation, representing national mortgage servicers, lenders, securitized trusts, and other financial institutions in state and federal civil litigation, appeals, and bankruptcy proceedings. Nadia counsels clients in such matters as:
- regulatory-based disputes arising under TILA, RESPA, FCRA, FDCPA, state law UDAP claims, and a variety of common law claims
- real property disputes, including lawsuits to cure defects in the chain of title, lien priority matters, judicial and non-judicial foreclosures, and title coverage issues
In addition, Nadia has experience with:
- insurance litigation on behalf of two of the nation’s largest personal line insurance providers in connection with investigations into healthcare billing and automobile insurance fraud
- criminal litigation, including the prosecution of violent felonies, as an Assistant District Attorney in Massachusetts
During law school, Nadia was a member of the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court.
