Michaela L. Cronin

Biography

Michaela Cronin concentrates her practice on general litigation matters.

Michaela previously held roles as student attorney for the Villanova Farmworker Legal Aid Clinic and judicial extern for the Honorable Gerald J. Pappert of the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.

During law school, Michaela served as a staff writer for the Villanova Law Review, student fellow for the Center for Ethics, Integrity, and Compliance, legal writing assistant, and research assistant.

Outside the Firm

Michaela enjoys watching true crime documentaries, traveling overseas, and spending time at the dog park with her Mini Goldendoodle, Honey.

Experience

  • Represented a market-leading generic drug manufacturer in the In re: Zantac (Ranitidine) Products Liability Litigation multidistrict litigation (“MDL”) 2924, the largest and most complex product liability MDL to date.
  • Represented a major branded and generic drug manufacturer for product liability claims related to the use of opioids, including personal injury and wrongful death claims consolidated in the In re: National Prescription Opiate Litigation MDL 2804.
  • Represented individuals in the negotiation and litigation of complex matrimonial matters, including the distribution of substantial marital estates and complex business valuation.
