Mike and his family live in Chester County, Pennsylvania, where he enjoys mountain biking, reading, and volunteer work.

  • An auto auction operator, defended on claims for breach of long-term lease alleged from financial covenant violations.
  • Coordinated defense of federal enforcement actions, class actions, and individual suits for violation of consumer protection statutes on behalf of a national advertiser.
  • A real estate investment trust, in action for breach of warranty, fraud by purchaser of large commercial office buildings.
  • Elected officials, in federal civil rights action by developers for alleged discrimination resulting in failure of theater development, securing change in Third Circuit precedent governing civil claims in the land use context.
