Michael Stoolman concentrates his practice on a variety of litigation matters. He represents corporate and individual clients in the following types of matters:<ul>	<li>Consumer fraud class actions, including claims alleging false advertising and unfair trade practices</li>	<li>Business disputes involving claims for breach of contract, misrepresentation, and other business torts</li>	<li>Employment litigation, including claims alleging breach of restrictive covenants and misappropriation of trade secrets</li>	<li>Commercial real estate disputes</li>	<li>Corporate litigation disputes, including business ownership disputes</li>	<li>Disputes in the casino and gaming industry</li>	<li>White collar defense and investigations</li></ul>Mike also maintains a pro bono practice, which includes drafting life planning documents for senior Philadelphia residents and litigating prisoner rights cases, including successfully attaining compassionate release for an at-risk, nonviolent inmate during the COVID-19 pandemic.During law school, Mike served as managing editor of the Rutgers University Law Review. He also participated in the Hunter Moot Court Competition, the Intramural Mock Trial Team Competition, and the Rutgers Child &amp; Family Advocacy Clinic.Mike previously served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Tonianne J. Bongiovanni of the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey.
