Biography
Melissa M. Martin concentrates her practice on all aspects of matrimonial and family law. She provides comprehensive support throughout her clients’ dissolution proceedings, offering skillful and thoughtful guidance every step of the way.
Melissa has represented clients through both settlement and litigation, appearing in court on behalf of clients when necessary. She has experience in matters related to the division of high-net-worth estates, child custody disputes, child support and spousal support, domestic violence restraining orders, complex prenuptial agreements, and various other family law matters.
She has also served as a volunteer for the Los Angeles County Bar Association Domestic Violence Legal Services Project and a Los Angeles family law non-profit.
During law school, Melissa served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Judge Amy Pellman, the former Supervising Judge, Family Law Division, at the Superior Court of California, County of Los Angeles, and as a law clerk at the Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office.
