Megann Gibson concentrates her practice on general litigation matters, and participates in all aspects of litigation, including legal research and writing, fact investigation, and preparation for depositions and trials. Megann provides legal counsel to clients on a wide range of business issues arising in employment disputes and complex corporate and commercial litigation, including:
- enforcement and defense of non-compete and non-solicitation agreements, including time-sensitive injunction proceedings
- misappropriation and protection of trade secrets, enforcement of restrictive covenants, unfair competition, and corporate raiding
- defending companies against products liability claims relating to medical devices and consumer products
Before joining Blank Rome, Megann served as a legal intern for Jefferson Health System. During law school, Megann was an Associate Editor of the Villanova Law Review.
