Megan Filoon concentrates her practice on corporate and business law, including:
- corporate governance
- general corporate, partnership and limited liability company matters
- mergers and acquisitions
- public and private securities offerings
- business formation and planning
While in law school, Megan was the business editor for the Rutgers Journal of Law and Public Policy.
She also authored “New York State of Mind: How the Marriage Equality Act Foreshadows the Repeal of DOMA and the Potential Tax Consequences for Same-Sex Couples.” 10 Rutgers J.L. & Pub. Pol’y 31 (2013).
