About Maya C. Bradley

Maya Bradley primarily concentrates her practice on a wide range of commercial litigation. Maya represents clients in complex commercial disputes across the United States and internationally, including cases involving breach of contractual and fiduciary obligations, theft of trade secrets and confidential information, and intellectual property rights. She has notable experience at all stages of litigation, including appeals, trial, trial preparation, and mediation.

Maya previously served as a law clerk to the Honorable John Milton Younge at the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and as a legal intern for an American nonprofit civil rights organization.

During law school, Maya served as the production editor for the Journal of Law & Social Change, the co-director of Penn Law’s International Refugee Assistance Project, and volunteered at a custody and support assistance clinic.
