Matthew F. Cammarata


Matthew Cammarata focuses his practice on litigating complex state and local tax controversies as well as transactional matters involving financial institution excise, corporate income, sales and use, and personal income taxes.

Before joining Blank Rome, Matthew worked for a large international law firm where he also focused on state and local tax issues. Prior to entering private practice, he worked for the Litigation Bureau of the Massachusetts Department of Revenue where he litigated cases on behalf of the Massachusetts Commissioner of Revenue.

Matthew frequently writes and speaks on various state and local tax issues for leading industry and legal publications, organizations, and associations.
