Maria K. Vigilante


Maria Vigilante concentrates her practice on a wide range of complex commercial litigation matters and class action defense, including claims under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act.

During law school, Maria served as an associate editor of the Ave Maria Law Review and a member of the Moot Court Board. She also held a law clerk judicial externship for the Hon. John E. Steele of the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida.

She is fluent in French and Italian.

Professional Activities

Active in the legal community, Maria is a member of various local bars and legal associations. She serves as an elected representative of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit for the Florida Bar Young Lawyers Division Board of Governors and served as secretary of the Collier County Bar Association Young Lawyers Section.
