Maria E. Carnicella concentrates her practice on mergers and acquisitions and complex corporate matters on behalf of clients in all stages of the corporate life-cycle.
She also has experience representing emerging companies, spin-offs, and strategic partnerships with particular focus on technology companies and technology transactions.
Additionally, Maria provides strategic counseling in matters of trademark, trade dress, licensing, advertising, and leveraging, protecting, and enforcing intellectual property rights.
During law school, Maria served as a senior editor for the Penn State Law Review, and was the social chair for the Student Bar Association.
