Manish Antani concentrates his international practice on M&A, private equity, joint ventures, and licensing and distribution agreements, with a strong emphasis in technology and apparel. He also has significant venture capital experience, including drafting and negotiating governing documents for target companies as well as investors, as well as joint venture experience that includes drafting and negotiating JV agreements in a variety of industries in connection with domestic and international deals.
Manish has been interviewed as an expert on Indian business, legal, and political issues by the Wall Street Journal, foreign affiliates of CNN and CNBC, The Epoch Times, Treasury & Risk Magazine, and other domestic and international media outlets.
Manish previously held leadership positions with the multinational Chamber of Commerce with offices in Washington D.C. and New Delhi. He was also a director of the U.S.-India Political Action Committee.
During law school, Manish was a member of an international moot court.
Manish serves on the board of directors for the Los Angeles Boys & Girls Club.
