Madison L. Ward

Biography

Madison L. Ward focuses her practice on a wide range of corporate matters.

Madison previously served as a summer associate at Blank Rome. While in law school, she served as a legal intern for the Rutgers Law Housing Advocacy Clinic and a judicial intern to the Honorable Christine P. O’Hearn at the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. Madison worked as a research assistant to Vice Dean Arthur Laby, focusing on the regulation of investment advisers, the duties of market participants, and the fiduciary obligation. Madison also served as an executive editor of the Rutgers University Law Review.

Outside the Firm

Madison enjoys weightlifting, crossword puzzles, and trying new restaurants around Philadelphia.
