Biography
Leslie A. Horwitz concentrates her practice on a wide range of labor relations and employment law matters.
Leslie has notable experience maintaining case files from inception through mediation. Leslie has defended small corporations, large corporations, and individual defendants against causes of action, including assault, battery, false imprisonment, breach of contract, claims under the Fair Employment and Housing Act, administrative hearings and investigations, and the Labor Code.
She has significant experience counseling employers on various legal issues related to employment classification; wage and hour law; minimum wage, overtime, meal, and break compliance issues; and complaints of harassment, discrimination, and retaliation. Leslie has also drafted employee handbooks, ensuring compliance with all California laws.
Outside the Firm
Leslie enjoys running, reading, and spending time with her dog.
