Justin Brandt is a complex commercial and corporate litigation attorney skilled in state and federal pretrial and trial advocacy. His practice includes a wide range of litigation matters, including consumer-facing disputes, business disputes, arbitration and alternative dispute resolution, and class action litigation.
Justin has in-depth experience with consumer protection statutes, such as the federal Telephone Consumer Protection Act (“TCPA”), Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (“FDCPA”), Fair Credit Reporting Act (“FCRA”), and other consumer protection and privacy-related laws and regulations at the state and federal level. He also regularly advises clients to ensure compliance with various telecommunications, consumer protection, and privacy laws.
Justin’s practice also encompasses publishing and training on consumer-facing issues affecting companies across various industries, including finance, e-commerce, and healthcare.
During law school, Justin served on the Georgetown Immigration Law Journal, and worked as a law clerk for the United States Senate Committee on the Judiciary.
Outside the Firm
When not in the office, Justin enjoys traveling, trivia, staying active, and attending sporting events. In 2015, Justin was a contestant on Sports Jeopardy!, and still hopes to appear on Jeopardy! before Alex Trebek retires.
