Juliana D. Shaw

Biography

Juliana D. Shaw concentrates her practice on a wide range of corporate litigation matters.

Prior to joining Blank Rome, Juliana served as an assistant district attorney in the Harris County District Attorney’s Office, where she prosecuted numerous misdemeanor and felony criminal cases.  Additionally, Juliana was a member of the Human Trafficking and Child Exploitation Unit.

Juliana previously worked in the U.S. Virgin Islands as an appellate law clerk for the Honorable Justice Ive A. Swan at the Supreme Court of the U.S. Virgin Islands and as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Judge Renee, Gumbs Carty at the Superior Court of the U.S. Virgin Islands.

During law school, Juliana was inducted into the Order of Barristers. She also served as an associate editor for the Thurgood Marshall Law Review and a research assistant.

Outside the Firm

Juliana enjoys exploring new cities as well as spending time with her nieces and nephews.
