John J. Broderick

Biography

J.J. Broderick advises private equity funds, REITS, tenants, landlords, buyers, sellers, developers, owners, operators, investors, and users in all aspects of real estate transactions.

During his career, he has handled some of the largest, most complex U.S. real estate transactions. He has also been sought by leading publications and media for his real estate insight, notably appearing on Court TV as well as being published and quoted in The New York Law Journal, Mortgage Banking, and The New York Times.

Outside the Firm

J.J. enjoys spending quality time with his family (including his two grandchildren) and close friends, as well as surfing at the New Jersey Shore.

Experience

  • Represented the buyer of 1.3 million square feet of office space in addition to one million square feet of underground parking, a 125-room hotel, and 120 acres. Subsequently represented the seller in selling the property.
