Biography
Jessie Chen concentrates her practice on commercial finance, restructuring, and bankruptcy matters.
Jessie was previously a summer associate at Blank Rome. Prior to joining the firm, Jessie served as a law clerk at an American non-profit human and poverty rights organization based in Los Angeles and as a paralegal at a leading national solar company.
During law school, Jessie served as president of the UCLA Law Student Bar Association, alumni relations chair of the Asian Pacific Islander Law Students Association, and a leading member of the Dean’s Student Advisory Council.
Jessie currently serves on the Board of Directors of the UCLA Law Alumni Association.
Outside the Firm
Jessie enjoys travelling, collecting vinyls, aquascaping, spending quality time with friends and family, and has recently picked up painting.
