Jennifer K. Malow

Biography

Jennifer K. Malow concentrates her practice on finance, restructuring, and bankruptcy matters.

Jennifer’s clients include multinational financial institutions, international corporations, and governmental entities. She has experience representing clients in connection with:

  • Restructurings, reorganizations, and workouts
  • Contested matters and adversary proceedings
  • Plan negotiations
  • Secured transactions, creditors’ rights, and intercreditor relationships

 Jennifer previously served as an associate at a regional business and financial services law firm, a judicial clerk for the Honorable Martin Glenn at the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, Southern District of New York, and a judicial clerk for the Complex Commercial Litigation Division (“CCLD”) of the Delaware Superior Court.

While in law school, Jennifer served as the executive editor for the Food and Drug Law Journal, an honors program extern for the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, and a research assistant for Professor Chris Brummer, assisting him in writing the first law school textbook on crypto assets. 

Outside the Firm

Jennifer enjoys long-distance running, playing tennis, and learning Japanese.
