  • In a case before the City of Philadelphia Zoning Board of Adjustment, succeeded in upholding the constitutionality of Philadelphia’s zoning code provision defining “family.”
  • Represented appellees in a case of first impression before the Superior Court of Pennsylvania, on whether separate actions by a husband and wife, in which each agreed to personally guarantee a bank loan, and that resulted in separate judgments against the husband and wife, were insufficient to establish a joint debt that could have served as the basis for a lien on the husband and wife's entireties property.
