James S. Ross


James S. Ross concentrates his practice on finance, restructuring, and bankruptcy matters. He represents financial institutions and companies on matters relating to secured and unsecured lending facilities of varying structure, including small, mid and large cap syndicated, term, revolving, delayed draw, FO/LO, and asset based credit agreements used for general corporate purposes, to finance acquisitions of companies and assets, and in connection with debtor-in-possession arrangements.

Additionally, James also represents financial institutions and public companies as issuer's counsel, initial purchaser's counsel and underwriter's counsel in middle market registered and Rule 144A/Reg S bond offerings, tender and exchange offers/consent solicitations, and Rule 4(2) private placements.

During law school, James served as an editor for the Cornell International Law Journal, and received the Rosenbloom Prize for best class paper in law and finance.
