Biography
James Sanderson concentrates his practice on all aspects of mergers and acquisitions and securities law.
During law school, James served as editor of the Brooklyn Journal of International Law and received the Seymour and Hannah Rosen Endowed Scholarship.
James played basketball at Amherst College, where he was power forward on the team that won the 2013 NCAA Division III National Championship.
