Jacob D. Paul

Biography

Jacob D. Paul concentrates his practice on a wide range of corporate matters.

Jake previously served as a summer associate at Blank Rome. Prior to joining the firm, Jake served as a legal extern for a Pennsylvania-based natural gas and electric power distribution company, a legal extern for Judge Cheryl Ann Krause at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, and an intern for the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission’s Division of Enforcement.

During law school, Jake served as the Managing Editor of Student Works for the Jeffery S. Moorad Sports Law Journal. While there, he authored More Than Just Dribbling, Passing, and Jump Shots: How Investing in NBA Teams Can be a Highlight-Reel Slam Dunk, 31 Sports Law. J. 33.

A Certified Public Accountant in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Jake previously served on the Wealth and Asset Management Assurance staff at a Big Four accounting firm.

Outside the Firm

Jake enjoys all forms of physical exercise, sports, and spending time with family and friends.
