Heidi A. Tallentire

Heidi Tallentire represents individuals in all aspects of family and matrimonial law, in New York and Connecticut, including divorce, property distribution, child custody, paternity, spousal support, child support, and matrimonial agreements (prenuptial, postnuptial and separation agreements).

Heidi has focused exclusively on matrimonial and family law matters since joining Blank Rome LLP in 2005 and has participated in extensive trials in both New York and Connecticut.  She understands that each case and each client is unique, and prides herself on understanding and helping her clients achieve their particular goals.  She listens to her clients’ individual concerns and works with them to fashion legal strategies to accomplish their goals.  Heidi litigates, when necessary, to protect her clients’ interests, and frequently negotiates on behalf of a high net worth clientele.

Heidi is an adjunct professor of law in the S.I. Newhouse Center for Law and Justice at Rutgers School of Law–Newark, where she teaches courses on family law.

In addition to her law degree, Heidi has a Master of Arts in religious studies from the University of Pennsylvania.
