Gregory ("Greg") Ranzini concentrates his practice on complex corporate and commercial litigation in both state and federal courts in Delaware and beyond. He has extensive experience in discovery, including e-discovery and document review management, expert discovery, depositions, and motions practice.Greg also has an active pro bono practice in civil rights and post-conviction litigation.Prior to joining the firm, Greg served as an associate attorney at an American multinational law firm.While in law school, Greg served as a legal intern at an American renewable energy company.&nbsp; He also served as an editorial board member of the Virginia Journal of International Law and as the news editor of the Virginia Law Weekly.&nbsp; Prior to law school, Greg served as a compliance intern at a Michigan-based community bank and at a Virginia-based competitive local exchange carrier.
