Biography
Gregory ("Greg") Ranzini concentrates his practice on complex corporate and commercial litigation in both state and federal courts in Delaware and beyond. He has extensive experience in discovery, including e-discovery and document review management, expert discovery, depositions, and motions practice.
Greg also has an active pro bono practice in civil rights and post-conviction litigation.
Prior to joining the firm, Greg served as an associate attorney at an American multinational law firm.
While in law school, Greg served as a legal intern at an American renewable energy company. He also served as an editorial board member of the Virginia Journal of International Law and as the news editor of the Virginia Law Weekly. Prior to law school, Greg served as a compliance intern at a Michigan-based community bank and at a Virginia-based competitive local exchange carrier.
