Fatema M. Ghasletwala

Biography

Fatema Ghasletwala concentrates her practice on intellectual property law, with a particular focus on trademark and copyright matters in the technology and consumer goods industries. She provides comprehensive counseling on brand creation and strategy, including clearance, prosecution, enforcement, and portfolio management, both domestically and internationally. Fatema also advises clients on domain name disputes, copyright issues in emerging technologies, and drafts a wide range of intellectual property agreements, including licensing and SaaS agreements.

Prior to rejoining the firm, Fatema served as an intellectual property attorney at an Am Law 100 firm, as a judicial law school clerk to the Honorable C. Darnell Jones II of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and a judicial intern for the clerk of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Appellate Division.

While in law school, Fatema served as a staff editor for the Temple Law Political and Civil Rights Society and served two summers as a summer associate at Blank Rome.
