Fang Felton has more than 15 years of experience in providing legal services to clients. She focuses on foreign direct investment, cross-border mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring transactions, and employment matters arising in the process of M&A and corporate restructuring. She has advised a number of leading international investors across various sectors on their strategic investments and operations in the People’s Republic of China (“PRC”), and on the establishment of a number of foreign investment enterprises in the PRC.
Fang also advises China-based clients on U.S. securities law, including being listed in U.S. capital markets and in privatization transactions. She also represents auditor committees in conducting investigations on numerous companies.
Fang negotiates on behalf of clients with transaction counterparts and drafts transactional documents. She also conducts and supervises due diligence on companies in accordance with the nature of transactions. Benefiting from her high proficiency in English and Chinese, and her in-depth understanding of both western and Chinese cultures, she helps her western and Chinese clients reach agreement in various cross-border transactions, and assists them in navigating the regulatory requirements in both United States and China.
