Ethan Simon’s practice includes a wide range of litigation matters, with emphasis on class action, aviation, and appellate disputes. He counsels and represents individuals and institutions in the following areas:
- business disputes
- employment litigation
- disputes over property damage
- complex tort matters
- high-stakes appeals
Ethan frequently writes about legal developments in the state and federal courts of New Jersey and Pennsylvania, consumer fraud litigation, and issues of constitutional law. He is regularly published in Blank Rome’s blog, New Jersey Legal Pulse, as well as the New Jersey Law Journal.
During law school, Ethan was the head articles editor for the Virginia Journal of International Law and a semifinalist in the William Minor Lile Moot Court Competition. Through his law school’s appellate litigation clinic, he represented indigent clients before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit and the Newport News Circuit Court in Virginia. Additionally, Ethan served as a legal intern for the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the Federal Public Defender’s Office for the Western District of Virginia.
