Biography
Eli Krause represents clients in a wide range of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, mortgage and mezzanine financing, preferred equity, and leasing across a variety of real estate assets, including office, retail, industrial, vacant land, and multifamily apartment complexes located throughout the United States.
Eli emphasizes a pragmatic, entrepreneurial, and strategic approach to problem-solving, leveraging his comprehensive understanding of the commercial real estate market to deliver successful results for his clients.
Prior to joining the firm, Eli served as an associate at a boutique real estate law firm and a real estate associate at an American multinational law firm.
While in law school, Eli served as an associate editor for the Journal of International Law.
