Biography
Edward A. Danielyan represents clients in complex business disputes in state and federal courts, bringing extensive experience across all phases of litigation. As an avid chess player, Edward brings a disciplined and strategic mindset to his practice with an eye towards anticipating risk. Edward has second-chaired arbitration hearings, including helping secure a favorable $70 million award, and has led mediations resulting in successful resolutions for his clients.
Prior to joining the firm, Edward practiced at litigation-focused law firms where he handled business litigation and product liability matters. He also served as a law clerk to the Chief Magistrate Judge in the U.S. District Court for the District of New Mexico.
While in law school, Edward served as associate and staff editor for the UC Irvine Law Review.
