Ebonee Johnson concentrates her practice on corporate, M&A, and securities matters.
Ebonee previously served as a summer associate at Blank Rome as well as a legal intern for the U.S. Department of Commerce.
During law school, Ebonee was the vice president of the WCL Alternative Dispute Resolution Honor Society as well as a mentor and treasurer of the Black Law Students Association. She also served as a student attorney for the Community & Economic Development Law Clinic as well as a research assistant.

Ebonee enjoys exploring the D.C. food scene, traveling, and hosting game nights with friends.
