Dylan S. Mitchell

Dylan Mitchell zealously advocates for his clients during what is often the most difficult time in their lives. With compassion, understanding, and extensive experience, he has achieved favorable resolutions for his clients through negotiated settlement and, when necessary, litigation. Dylan’s representations have included many high-net-worth and high profile individuals in matrimonial disputes, involving multimillion dollar marital estates in the U.S. and abroad, allegations of child kidnapping, as well as in custody and visitation matters. Dylan has almost 30 years of extensive experience advising clients in all aspects of matrimonial and family law, including:
