Dustin Z. Moaven

Biography

Dustin Moaven’s practice encompasses a wide range of business litigation matters in both state and federal courts. Dustin concentrates on corporate and commercial litigation, and also has experience with unfair competition laws, false advertising claims, and class-action defense.

Dustin represents individuals as well as private and public entities in all phases of civil litigation. He regularly handles a wide range of corporate matters including contract interpretation; corporate governance; and disputes between partners, shareholders, and members.

Dustin also has extensive experience in commercial real estate litigation, representing landlords, tenants, lenders, borrowers, and developers in various matters, including contract breaches, eviction disputes, and premise liability actions.

Additionally, Dustin helps companies and entrepreneurs lawfully navigate their advertising, retailing, and e-commerce initiatives, using his MBA to identify, develop, and implement creative business solutions to address his clients’ needs.
