Donna M. Branca

Biography

Donna Branca serves as Blank Rome’s Director of Strategic Leadership. In this role, Donna works closely with the Firm’s leadership to identify and implement strategic objectives and major initiatives that enhance leadership and diversity. Donna provides strategic coaching and other leadership programs to advance business performance of partners and senior attorneys to assist them in achieving key performance goals. Donna has many years of experience in legal talent management in law firms, as well as a career as a consultant and coach to law firm leaders and professionals across the country.

Donna holds a B.A. in Organizational Dynamics and Psychology from Immaculata University and has completed post-graduate work in Organizational Dynamics and Human Performance Management at the University of Pennsylvania. She is also a CPCC (Certified Professional Co-Active Coach) through the Coaches Training Institute (“CTI”) and has completed CTI’s extensive one-year Leadership Program. Donna is certified to administer the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (“MBTI®”) and the Hogan Assessments. Donna is a graduate of the Teaching Practicum at Penn Program for Mindfulness. She also recently served on the Board of Directors of the National Association of Legal Career Professionals (“NALP”).
