Delaram Peimani concentrates her practice on finance, restructuring, and bankruptcy matters, including acquisition financing, cash-flow and asset-based lending, securitizations and structured finance, and other commercial lending transactions.
During law school, Delaram was a member of the Fordham Urban Law Journal, coordinator at the Courtroom Advocates Project, and a case worker at International Refugee Assistance Project.
Delaram held a legal externship for the Office of the New York State Attorney General – Bureau of Consumer Frauds and Protection.
She is fluent in Farsi.
